About me:

I grow up in the highlands of Costa Rica and am part of a huge family of Agriculture people (around 200 cousins) I did Biology at University and graduate as Botanist, have worked in Botanical Gardens and Natural Reserves. I did a 3 year trip around the world: Europe, India, Middle East and SouthAmerica visiting communities and projects for sustainable living. Currently and during last 2 years i have been living in a emerging community in the lowlands of the Central Pacific Coast of Costa Rica

What excites you about the The Possible Futures Film Contest? What's the most provocative aspect for you?

i love the intention of finding solutions by different perspectives and dreams and using the art as the strong tool it is

Where do you find inspiration? What (or who) gives you hope?

i found inspiration in our lifestyle, seen how the senses of our babies are perceiving the world with all the nature surrounding

How have stories shaped your life? What story does the world need to tell to shape a just and sustainable life?

every history i have heard have made a layer on my mind... the world need to tell about ancient and tribal ways of life, with people living close to Nature and its cycles, with individualization and competition being not the rules...
